My unit was broken into while I was at work.
The thief literally broke the door in, bending the so-called "dead-bolt."
The answering service (which is all that you'll get after the rental office closes) was nice enough to send a manintenance man over to re-build the door lock. I reported the break-in to Tulsa P.D.
The next morning, I called the rental office to tell them what had happened. The girl who answered (after a few seconds of shuffling through some papers) said, "Oh, yeah, the answering service left a message about a break-in. Would you like the Manager to call you'"
That was two days ago. I'm still waiting for her call.
