Unless you enjoy young men wandering the grounds in the middle of the night and drug dealers. This has been reported to "Management" by various tenants with no relief. They even renewed these people's lease. Not suecurity walking the grounds at night. But play your music too loud (even during the day when no one is home) will get you a visit from a very nasty and sarcastic Manager, or security guard after the office is closed. I can't understand why this place got an award when a body was found behind the aparments and I know that even the office has been broken into twice since I've lived here. Oh and the gophers run rampant so that you proactically sink into the grounds. Pool upkeep' atrocious!
