don't live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The apartments are okay. The walls are paper thin. The neighbors don't know how to keep from jumping up and down at all hours of the night. Water drips from the vents in the bathroom. Lots of stains in the carpet. Vintage appliances. Not well lit at night. Gates hardly ever work. When they spray for bugs they might give you a 2 day notice. They expect you to let a perfect strange into your house, while you are gone, to do maintance or to spray for bugs. The office staff is not very knowledgable about policies and are not very nice. If you need anything done around here you ask one person (SARAH). You don't call them about a problem you go by and report it. I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to fix my window for the 2 time. Neighbors play their music loud at all hours of the night. I have been here since FEB. 2006. It sucks. I hate it. Also your water bill varies month to month. Could vary as much as 10 dollars /-. Their is cracks in the walls. When you walk barefoot in the house you can feel nail heads in the carpet. It is not a safe place to live. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
