I lived at foxfire for two years. first in a studio apt. The garbage disposal upstairs broke and was leaking into my apt. They came and fixed the issue upstairs and took care of the mold that was in my place because of the mess. The management when i first moved to foxfire was great. Francis and Sarah couldnt have been better. I moved to a 2b/2b apt and had issue with the bathtub peeling. Maintence resurfaced it and told me it was going to be a few hours until I could come back to my place, well lets just say the smell from the toxic paint didnt leave for a few days. It has started to peel again and its clogging the drain. I have ants. They came and sprayed but I still have them.NEVER LEAVE YOUR WASHING OR DRYING CLOTHES AT THE LAUNDRY MAT you will never see most of them again. it has happened to me twice. My neighbors weren't great at the studio, they were good when I first moved to the 2b/2b but that changed after new ones came. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. The new management is very rude and not someone you would say is a "people person". maybe the new manager was having a bad day but it was the first and last time i will talk to her.
currently looking for a new apt. foxfire renter.
