I've lived here for coming on 3 years. They do not care about their existing customers and they won't care about you. 1 small example, over the last week I have been sick with bronchitis as well as strepp. I go in to pay may rent which is due on the 5th, and today is the 7th. In my over 2 years here I've never been late, and I explained that the payment was only late because I had been sick and on heavy amounts of medication. I asked them to look at my pay history and to take in account that I've been here so long and never ask anything of them. To bad. And on top of that they refused to allow me to speak to any kind of management, obviously ANYONE who knows ANYTHING about business wouldn't have responded this way. They have definitely pushed me to the edge and I will be leaving this crap-hole soon. And guys this is just one small issue, they come in and out of my apt's all the time for maintentance without my permission. The walls are paper thin, the dishwasher is a piece of crap. Water ALWAYS drips out of the vents. Since I have been here I've had 9 friends who's cars were brocken into, stealing anything from their decks, to amps and speakers. Myself, I have had my mp3 deck stolen. They don't care, there is no real security here. Their gates are often open in the middle of the night on both sides, yet in the day they're closed and you have to put in your code. Does this make sense' I don't think so. Its almost as if they have a deal with the people going around stealing everyones things, I'm sure if Foxfire could make a profit they would be interested. ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO BUY AN APT. YOU ARE LOOKING AT THESE REVIEWS FOR A REASON. TRUST ME, YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!! Turn Around!!!!

I just moved in here. I waited a month to be told if I was approved for the place or not. During that month I called the office like every other day for an answer and they would keep making up reasons why they couldn't give me a yes or no. I finally, after a month got a yes. They told me I could move in that weekend and to call back in a few days to get my address. When I called back they gave me a different(later) move in date. At this point I had been VERY patient with them and an answer from them was not too much to ask. So, I went to the office a day before my move in date to see if they would go ahead and let me pay my deposit, sign the lease, etc. because I had to work late the next day... the responsible and logical thing to do, right? They wouldn't let me!!! After I was so patient! So, I left work early on my move in date to make it to the office before they closed. The apartment they put us in was NOTHING like the model apt. they had shown me!!!! I had no electric that night because I hadn't gotten an address to have it hooked up at before then. Once I was moved in, I came home late one night to find that my air conditioner was leaking into my hall way carpet. The dishwashers ARE crap! I cleaned before I brought my belongings and almost cut myself on a razor blade! I could have gotten god knows what! I found drug paraphenalia in a supposedly 'move in ready' apartment!!! As if I wasn't already outraged with them enough. And I agree. I get a feeling they allow and certainly do nothing to help prevent breakins. Of course there has to be something in it for them. I am calling the better business berau and when my lease is up I'm SO OUT OF HERE! I do not feel safe at all.
