I lived here for 3 years, liked it overall. Had noisy neighbors for a little while. Maintenance usually did a good job but sometimes had to call more than once to get something fixed, but they never fixed my bathtub leak. Laundry rooms not very great, washers and dryers break often, washers steal quarters sometimes, had clothes stolen once, even though laundry is locked.

Old managers Frances and another lady were very nice and never had any problems. The new manager, Carmen is not a good customer service person in my experience with her. I had my car towed because they changed the schedule of a repaving of the parking lot. I got the 1st notice, but the 2nd notice I never got. My wife and I were driving the same car and I left my car in the parking lot. So my car was towed because I didn't get the 2nd notice, and they were charging me around $200 to get it out of towing.

Carmen was very rude, basically laughed at me and told me that since everyone but a few people didn't move their cars, everyone must have gotten the notice. I asked for her bosses' phone #, she was rude about that, she wouldn't give it to me, said she would tell him to call me, but he never did.

A person that cannot deal with their customers (customers are who you are serving, and why you have a job), should not be a manager anywhere. Her leadership, if she stays, would be the downfall of these apts.

I live at the apartment complex and have had a few problems but who doesnt my comment is geared toward your name. It appears your very unhappy with everyone and everything. Maybe you should go to church a little more often.

shes downright rude to myself as well i've lived here for 7months going on eight and as soon as our lease is up were leaving the rude nature of the management runs all over the place, and tho many times we ask for the # for corporate to make complaints and such its never given and the same well call u back though it never happens the re-pavement flyer's were not received by everyone i never got the second one either tho since my husband had the car it wasn't a problem for us.

Have you dealt with the new manager Robin? The woman is psycho!! She screams and yells at everyone that comes in there, even her staff. Carmen is an angel comparted to her!!!

well in Carmen's defense she did try very hard to get several of my maintenance issues fixed and did finally get all of those things taken care of.Im sure dealing with hundreds of familys in the same complex is "no walk in the park"!
