My husband, son and I moved in two years ago. The management (Capital Assets) told pride in it's care and maintanence. Very quiet, family friendly, you never even saw trash or cigarette butts. The owners sold in the last part of 2006. New owners came with their own management staff. We renewed our lease hoping the developing problems would be solved as the new management got settled. Since then the entire complex has gone to hell. The security gates haven't worked well over a year, the grounds are a disgrace and the building are being covered with vulgar graffiti. Cars and apartments are burgalized weekly. Children and adults roam the grounds at all hours of the night. Gun shots are common. There have been eight different managers in the last eighteen months. There are new, untrained office staff weekly. To make up for all the tentants who are leaving, the complex offers two months free and no deposit to new renters. Really attracts the cream of the crop! The only advantage is the Jenks schools...and you can get that in many other complexs. Do yourself and your family a huge favor, don't rent at FoxFire!
