Staff is incapable of anything but disrespect and ineptitude. Apartment was in horrible disrepair. I never felt safe living there as a single woman, especially after seeing story on the news about a woman getting HELD UP AT GUNPOINT AND ROBBED in front of my building. Finally moved out 6 months ago and when I called and asked why I haven't heard anything about my pet deposit the manager actually laughed at me. They sent me to collections over "unpaid rent" because I combined my water and rent into one check. They acknowledge that I don't owe them rent yet I am still getting collection notices. I have called four times to speak to a manager about my pet deposit and they will not speak to me or call me back. AND they will not let me speak to a superior, they won't even tell you the name of the company. SHADY. They are immoral people who take advantage of poor people and their money. Someday Karma is gonna get them.
