I am a five year resident who has seen an average of 8 managers every 6 months change guard.I have seen the property and the choice of residents go downhill fast as well as the area itself. We had security gates and on site patrols (24hr) as well as an after hours answering service about 3 years ago. We now get busy signals and a new manager who knows nothing of what the owner or previous management left for them. ITs a shame that this property hasnt been maintained for such a prime location in the south TUlsa area. Great view of Turkey Mtn. and at one time lush trees and grounds; forgotten from the last storm. Needles and broken glass and trash surround the lots as well as over full dumpsters placed randomly. Hoopties and other items broken down in parking lots with a very dangerous canal open to the west for whatever to go down or out. Kids could easily drown or fall down the rocks lining the flood controlled canal. THe units themeselves are full of mold and very old and cheap electrically wiring. Lived here 2 yrs b4 i knew my smoke detector was unhooked! Walls are thin and floors too wich leaves little for familial privacy! Good luck but overstep this one!

The reason we don't have an after hours answering service is because the owner didnt pay his bill for over 5 months. I was told by an employee in the office that it hadnt been paid since January and they shut it off. They were owed over 4000 dollars. The reason many of the security lights are off is because he hadn't paid PSO for his bill. This isnt just happening at Foxfire, but at all of their complexes. Some even lost water and gas also. I understand the apartments sold a week or so ago, but also heard that one of his buddies had bought the four big complexes and that the current owner fronted half of the money for his buddy to buy them and would still be in charge. Why the hell even sell the things? If you've noticed you cant go in and check out movies anymore in the office, didnt pay that bill either!! And finally, I know a few of the employees here at foxfire that have had their paychecks bounce. It's a mad rush to the bank on their paydays to get it cashed as quick as they can before everyone else does and they start bouncing. What kind of so called "Christian" man is running this place? Sounds like a complete hupocrit to me!!! I'm moving as soon as my contract is up! It's worth it to pay a little more for somewhere else and not have the worries here... I'd stay away if I was you. We are starting to have shots fired all night long in the parking lots, and only because of all of the trash they move in here to fill an apartment. They wont even let the security patrols carry guns...that is just plain and simple stupid. Dont give a crap about the people paying them to live here!!!

I have lived there 8 months and will be out this week - thank God! My apt's ceiling needs paint, the fridge must be replaced. My neighbor will get my screen door as he has never gotten on even though the office has promised his has been on order. Yes people, this place needs some serious attention. I wish someone would buy it and really make it into what it could be. It has serious potential. Perhaps even, build expensive condos here instead. Or, put a dog park up - plenty of land. This might attract more socially positive people. Stay away ... that is my advice. That is, unless the management gets there act together, of course.
