I haven't even lived in these apartments over 3 weeks. Foxfire has been one of the worst apartments that I've ever rented from. The day after I moved in the electric went out in the whole complex. Not one person from the office even tried to acknowledge this issue to any of the tenants. The first week I heard shots being fired right outside of my 9yr old's window. Then my ------- of an neighbor is too lazy to walk his mutt. So he ties him up to the patio and then allows him to just barks nonstop for at least thirty minutes. But,this is happening at 7am and midnight. Not mention, the dog is in the middle of the walk way. So he's growling at you and you can't walk by.I have reported this to leasing office and still no improvement. Oh,it's gets even better. One day, I'm walking to my door and his dog is running out and nearly knocks me down. Not one apology from his dumbass owner. Did I mention that I'm 6 months pregnant.Oh, and the plot thickens. I don't even own a dog. But, I have a house full of fleas. My children and I are just bitten all over. So I reported this to the office and they have the nerve to tell to buy some -------- for them. I tried doing that already even though it's not my responsiblity. That's a pest control issue and it's their job. Then my upstair neighbors are very loud and they fight all the time. There is no privacy because the walls are paper thin. So if you're trying to move into a decent apartment, then try elsewhere. Because this one isn't it.

Welcome to apartment living. Since when do the office personnel have advance notice that all of the electric will go off. It sounds like a transformer went out, so therefore no one would have known about this. They were just as surprised about the electric going out as you were, I'm sure. As far as loud neighbors, they can't control people from fighting. You need to live in a house so you can control all of these issues.
