Trying to reach the apartments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to call this apartment complex for 3 hours and it rang busy every time I called.

The Office is impossible to reach!!!!!!!!!!!! Wonder what the residents here have to deal with in order to get a problem resolved or a matienence issued taken care of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a great way to run a business!!!!!!
