Remyco dosent run their apartment complexes worth a damn.
they raise prices when economic times are bad, and they expect high prices for apartments woth maybe half of what they charge.
the lady who runs fulton is a really nice and friendly woman, but you can tell her hands are tied.
the roof leaks after they claim a 10k roof job.
the air conditioning barely works during the summer.
at night there are gunshots and police a lot.
the complex across the street is extremelly noisy and rent to anyone, so basically convicts and illegal aliens live there and they are terrible neighbors.
this complex is slowly falling apart and the staff can barely keep the place running due to the crumbling condition of the building.

The apts across 47th and Fulton is called___The Plantations____That property brings SHAME to a beautiful neighborhood. I also noticed The Fulton Apts struggling lately. Like fighting a loosing battle. Takes lots of money to keep a property in tip top shape. The Fulton looks like they are not bringing in money for the few occupied units they have. The place looks so vacant. Get RID of the PLANTATION MANAGEMENT...and then surrounding areas will be better as well. Right now it is best thing to MOVE ASAP your lease allows you. Next time look around before moving next door to a DUMP. The Plantation has been HIGH CRIME since I moved 9 years ago!

Who own Remyco? The lady who answers the phone @ the office is extremely rude. I was trying to tell her that I was having problems with ROACHES AND ANTS and her Rude ___ told me to go find a differnt apartment somewhere else! She needs to be fired, re-trained, something!! This is probably the reason why everyone wants to move!
