I've lived at Gable Hills for 6 months now. It is one of the trashiest complexes I've seen! Maybe due to the fact that it's available to low income. The reason I say this is because the complex next door. Is not available to low income, and is kept up very nicely and I never see tenents just dumping there trash on the grounds. That happens here A LOT! There are not enough trash dumpsters to accomadate the size of the complex. Also People let there kids just run amuck and tear things up in the complex and management does nothing about it! One of my main complaints is that the office is suppose to be open until 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday, and there is hardly ever anyone there! There have been several instances that I've needed to talk to someone in the office or needed to pick a package up that was delivered there and go there in the middle of the day and find the office closed. It's very frustrating! Especially when you drive by the bar right next door and see the office employees cars there!! Unfortunately I signed a 12 month lease, so I have to stay at least another 6 months. But after that I will be looking for somewhere else to live!!
