i have only lived here for two months, and i wish i could turn back time and never have done it. if i had the money, i would break the lease and be on my way! the management here sucks. my boyfriend and i have both spoken to her face to face about the problems in our apartment, what a waist of time! we have a hole in our bathroom tub, a window that is broke, and the bugs...oh my gosh the bugs!!! this place is a spider kingdom!! not to mention, that we had a scorpion in our living room the other day.. a SCORPION!! i am 7 months pregnant, and thought that this would be an ok place to be when she is born, but now i fear for her, if not because of the unlivable conditions due to the bugs and potentially poisonous spiders...(or the raging scorpion) but the noise level around here! i swear that king kong lives upstairs!! this guy stomps around like he doesn't even know there is a floor below him, and he likes to randomly drop super heavy things in the floor, causing us to jump right out of our seats! i have talked to management about him....they've done nothing. also, it is june, and our AC has been out of order for 5 days now...they come..say they fixed it, then it breaks again! all in all, i would you have to be crazy to move into a place like this! there is an apartment complex right next door, that is in the same price range, and has a 4 or 5 star review!! lord, why did i not look there'!!'

I live there too. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for not taking care of my unliveable conditions. Maybe we should get the tennants together and confront the management. I can tell you they are finally working on my maintenence issues after I went into the offic for a week straight and eventually had to scream at them. Maybe that would work for you.

Honey I have not lived in gable hills but have friends that live there and the complex next door is not in the same price range, a 2 bdrm 2 bth goes for over $800.00 a month.
