The Galleria apts, change the rules constantly, mainly about what your children can and cannot do. If your child goes out of the apt that child HAS to be supervised by the parent at all times. No scooters, bikes, skates, etc..allowed for children or adults to use. We were told the scooters were fine and resigned our lease, and now scooters are prohibited 2weeks after resigning. Managament is very poor in customer Service. Once your signed the property owners could care less about your concerns. They tell you anything to get you to sign the lease, dont fall for it, take that lease to a lawyer before signing. After our new lease is up, we are not resigning. By the way if you are reading this and live in these apts, the ponds are toxic, said by the property manager herself Wendy. They are toxic due to chemicals used to treat the ponds. Keep your children away from the pond water, it is just nasty and toxic. That is all I have to say for noe, Im sure within the rest of my lease I will be posting more negative info about the Galleria apts.
