I have always had a great deal of respect and admiration for the staff at Galleria, as they have always been extemly couteous, polite, and helpful. As for the previous persons comment, it states that they have lived at Galleria for 4 years so management could'nt be that bad...right' Well there is always a "bad apple" maybe they are just one of those. I would highly recommend Galleria!

If you would have simply posted your opinion, as did the individual before you, I would have wished you the best, and remained silent, but as the "bad apple" I take issue with the fact that you felt the need to belittle my own opinion and even resorted to name calling. To which I feel obliged to reply. (1) I believe we can both agree you know absolutely nothing about me or my family???s situation and yet you have no problem dismissing us ever so quickly. For the first three years I had absolutely nothing bad to say about The Galleria and its staff. It is only in this last year, my situation has arisen. How it has been handled, or lack of handling is what has changed my opinion. If I ran every time an obstacle arose, I would never get anywhere in this world. (4) I noticed that you gave ratings of 5 out of 5 for every category. (I guess it's safe to say you put a lot of thought and consideration into this.) Yet you only gave an overall rating of 3. Are there categories not listed that you have issue with, or were you suddenly stricken with a conscience, knowing you just plain embellished the truth. If you would have read closely, I had absolutely nothing bad to say about the actual property, or the living conditions. In fact I should have taken a moment to brag about the quality of service the maintenance crew provides. My issue is simply with the management team and their handling of mine and my family???s situation and until there is a change of management, I feel I am unable to give a recommendation. So if you have anything else to say about the Galleria Apartments, then do so with your loudest voice and do it with a sense of pride. Just leave me and my family out of your opinions.

Damn "Anonymous", get over yourself. I cannot fathom why such a long long response was warranted to such a short and BENIGN review (i.e. opinion). Goodness.
