My car was broken into once; the people above us are extremely loud running and yelling in Chinese in the middle of the night. The people below us have two really annoying dogs that bark non-stop. But nice part of town. Management is ok, I guess. Haven t had any problems with the anything inside the apartment, appliances are really old. So overall not bad but not great.

So does the fact that they yell in Chinese make it worse than if they yelled in English. Bigot

so do you have a degree in foreign languages? i highly doubt it so stop making assumptions. your voice most likely annoys the h3ll out of them too.
