I lived at the Galleria for nearly 5 years. My experience was this. Neighbors' Not terrible. Management' Not that great. True, when I asked for things to be fixed, they were, but then they broke again. I had two issues for the entire time I lived there that they never fixed correctly. In addition to that, they will most definitely try to keep from giving you your deposit back. I took a toothbrush to my baseboards and air vents. I did the windows. I asked for a check list of all the stuff they deduct for. I met all of them, and still was told. Well, there was light cleaning that needed to be completed, and your water bill ($12), so it took it all. I just laughed. I knew they would do that. I'd seen too many people move out and get treated the same way. So, move in' They're ok. Move out, and they're not.

We transfered to a two bedroom apartment only two weeks after we had signed the lease on our one bedroom (We hadn't even moved in yet). They still kept the deposit and made us pay the FULL deposit on a two bedroom. Plus whatever random fees ($400) the could come up with as "transferring is not covered in the lease."
