It was a beautiful property until the Section Eaters started dragging the quality of life down. Then there's the idiot management making it happen. If you want to pay exorbidant rents to female incompetents every month, and reside next to the cruddy neighbors they're catering to, then this is the dump for you. I give it another year, and you won't be able to tell this place from one in downtown Detroit.

you ought to be ashamed of yourself!!! the only thing that is dragging down the community is you!!! and you are the last person to talk about section 8 because 1.- you may be on it yourself. and 2.-this is an income qualifying neighborhood...and you stay there...lol! you are truly a rude Neanderthal and need to think twice before blaming your misfortune on the those in need.

Can you say "Damage Control" ? This is no doubt one of those office incompetents bigben was talking about. Since we know they all sit on their fat lazy rearends in front of computers all day (especially the ones who pretend to run Section 8 properties), who else could it be?

since you think working on a computer is pretending to work obviously you've never worked a day in your life. No the property does not pretend to run (as you call it) section 8 properties it's a tax credit property. i won't even try to explain it to you it would be over your head just continue to watch t.v. all day and let everyone who sits on their fat lazy rearends pay their taxes and your bills since you don't work.
