I lived at Greenbriar for a year and a half and the parking is a complete nightmare. Its a very tight squeeze to get into any parking spot, and there is only one enterance into the complex. The maintenance staff is experienced, but, take a few days to get to your apartment and when they are there, they seem very put out to be there... The office staff is nice most of the time. But, they tend to be a little TOO into your personal business. And, when I first moved in, they told me that they only had ONE apartment available and it was on the 3rd floor. The apartment over looked the pool, so they tried to tell me that they had to charge me $15 extra a month for pool view. 1; if its the only apartment available, I shouldn't have to pay for it, and 2; when I got into the apartment and saw this "view" they were talking about, it turns out there was a huge tree in front of my window. Hmm... great view ladies... HA!
The apartments are not that big, but they are nice. But, they charge WAY too much to live there. Its just not worth $602.00 a month for a 1 bedroom. Especaially in the neighborhood they are in.
Overall the apartments are decent and well kempt, but you can find better for this amount.
