Greens of Bedford

Besides the fact that I was never mailed my two checks for 50.00 for making two remcommendations, (this was before my wonderful experience with them) their management is slow and obviously of less than average intelligence. When I first rented my new two bedroom apartment, the maintenance guys were not finished stripping the wallpaper and repainting. When my roommate and I notified the office we were told that, "Well, today is Friday so maintenance won't be able to finish the job until Monday, but you can still move in if you want." There were buckets of some white watery substance and the carpet was covered with stripped wallpaper. Unfortunately we had to move in anyway, because we had already rented the truck when we discovered the mess. Then a couple of weeks later we had neighbor who continuously parked in 2 or more parking spaces. After 3 weeks of him parking this way we finally complained to the office, where we were informed that, "Case and Associates has a no-tow policy." And then a couple of weeks ago a notice was put on my car saying that because my tags were out of date the car would be towed in 24 hours! In retrospect if I had known of their poor managment practices and practically non-existant maintenance I would have never signed a lease. For 600.00 a month, find yourself a house and skip the headache that is the Management of Greens of Bedford.
