Do not ever live here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Where shall I begin. I still live here and am currently looking for another apartment. When we moved in my closet doors had been broken by the painters, it took four days to have them come fix it. There was paint in the sink, mold in the bathroom, (which is weird because they make you sign a mold agreement!)the place was filthy, I had to clean everything, EVEN the washer and dryer. The people who lived there before must have had a cat or a dog because I found pet food in the kitchen, the sink smelled funny and still does. The carpet is STILL shedding and I have been there a year, the paint peels off the walls, the baseboards were destroyed by an animal I think, there were holes in the screens, my door isn't hung properly so bugs get in, rollie pollies and crickets keep crawling out from behind the fridge, my window kept falling down really hard so they fixed it...by hammering the sides of the window closer together, now it won't open more than three inches. I had to have my whole breaker box replaced, it took four different maitenance people, two weeks, and five power outages to get a real electrician out to fix it. My husband put his foot through the shower tile while bathing. Turns out the green board which is what you would use instead of sheet rock in really moist areas has turned to mold and is crumbling down, so they caulked the tiles back together covering up the mold and the hole in the wall, the mold is coming through the caulking now after five months. My ceiling has water stains on it because the vacant upstairs apartment washer leaked for three days before the maintenance people would come out. I called on Friday and they said they would send someone out, I called again on Sunday and the emergency maintenance guy I spoke with said he never got a message. They said they would come out to paint the ceiling but four months later the stain is still in my living room the front closet, and my master bathroom. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! It is a health hazard!!!!!!!!
