HORRIBLE! Do not ever rent an apt. here..The apt. was infested with cockroaches from the day that I moved in and it took about 2-3 months of them spraying to get rid of them..Even after that I still see them from time to time..They were crawling everywhere..Even on the bedroom walls and in the bathrooms...All of the electrical outlets need to be replaced..Everything that is plugged into them falls out..You have to pull the prongs apart on whatever you are plugging in to even get it to stay plugged in halfway..The stove cooks 125 degrees higher than what you set it on..The microwave doesn't work properly. There was ice and frost on the inside of the living room window a couple of weeks ago..I called the office 5 days ago to put in a couple of work orders and they still haven't been here..It took me calling the office 3 times to get the outside lights to the building fixed...I had to have one of the closet doors replaced because it was hanging on the hinges...They replaced the door, but I finally called them back 3 weeks later because they never painted it..It was raw wood and the closet door right next to it was brown..Even after them coming out a second time to paint, they still never even put a knob on the new door so I have to open the other door first..The outside noise is very loud sometimes..Total lack of respect from neighbors..1:00 in the morning riding a 4 wheeler and loud motorcylce all over the complex..I will never refer anyone to this complex nor will I ever renew or rent here again...
