Great space, especially for the price.

When we were looking everything else seemed so overpriced, and this was the perfect solution. Small maintenance issues, like the garbage disposal backing up, or the air conditioner going out in triple digit weather were always handled quickly. We never saw any bugs, except for some gnats when the disposal was backed up. And the washer/dryer in unit was nice. I never found parking to be a problem. It was backing out that was the problem. We lived on one of the main entrances, and the people leaving just wouldn't stop for anything. The office staff was nice, even when we were late with our rent. And noise levels were very low, especially for being right next to the interstate. The price we paid for 750 sq. ft. was definitely worth it, considering we're paying almost double for 500 now in LA. It was quiet, except when we were loud, and the neighbors were very nice. Overall, a great place to live.
