I have asked for a manager to call me back multiple times in the 11 months of living at GOB, I have been called back once.
multiple leaks from bay window, unstairs and next door that took 2 weeks to 2 months to have repaired.
the resolution for mold is to spray bleach water until spot is gone. The mold is still in the walls and ceiling but again nothing is done.
DONT RENT AT GOB unless you want to be ill and unhappy
