When I first moved in here a couple of years ago, it was great. Over the last year, the quality of tenants here has dropped significantly and the new management is doing nothing to "clean up" as they claimed they were. It used to be a quiet complex, now it's loud, rowdy, and there is lots of after hours loitering despite the "curfew" in place. I have witnessed a drug deal take place here, yet nothing has been done about it, despite management being informed. And today, my rent was hiked $40.00, and when I tried to negotiate, I was simply told that if I didn't want to pay the new amount, they could find another renter willing to pay market value. I'm stuck here for now, but I will be getting out ASAP. Don't rent here. It's not the nice, clean, quiet place it used to be.
