money hungry From: 2kids2many Date posted: 4/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I lived at these apts for 2 1/2 yrs. At first it was nice, then in the summer all these rollie polies and crickets started invading my apt. i have 2 small children and my oldest, who is now 3, is highly allergic to spiders and low and behold they move in too. I complained to the apt office that the weather stripping on my front door needed to be changed since that was the open door to our new tenants. 6 months, a spider bite, and threat to move out or get an attourney later, i had new weather stripping. I have since moved out and upon moving out, we owed a large sum of money, mostly thanks to previous tenants. I refused to pay for damamge not done by us, and was finally able to lower the cost. We paid the following weekend, the check was deposited to their acct, and i have now received 3 calls and a letter stating we are in collections for this amount. we moved out in feb of 07 and it is now april. Do not live here. My car was also broken into TWICE in less than 30 days. The management is horrible, maintenance won't come out,and unless you like giving money away to greedy people, then do go.
