Well I live above the model so life is quite! and my neighbour besides me is great never hear a thing! my washer and dryer stack are brand new! so thats a result. Not sure if it is Case, but i paid my rent on the 6th as i usualy get paid on 5th which fell on a Sunday. Well that incurred a $40 late fee.. I offered to pay with credit card and they said that would add a $17 service fee. The pools are ok.. the one on the back side is often grubby. One trip there with the kids we were surprised to see the tap on and it was overfilling so everyone was bailing before the flood!! The microwave in mine is from the stoneage!, but I have seen that some of the other units have nice new ones. The up-keep is ok not too terrible, but not superb either. These apartments are a few years old and it shows. You don't get a balcony just a bay window instead which is rather nice. Only been here 2 months so so far so good. My block is good though all the people on my end are really nice. Some of the other units seem to have some rather shady looking people in them though. Oh no barbecues allowed! due to the hallways having wood paneling! so you will have to stow yours under the stairs with your neighbours like I do.

We lived there a few years ago ... terrible roach infestation ... washing machine tiny, ran over, flooded the hall, etc. The lease listed missing ice cube trays at $20 each ... they were 50 cents at the store ... they required that we pay utilities for a year after leaving ... no USPS service ... no shaded or covered parking ... neighbors upstairs nice ... neighbor boy across breezeway alone a lot, lit firecrackers in our "leave-a-message" pad on door ... egged our living room window ... we stayed only long enough to find another place.

Thanks to the ice-storm case just jacked up my rent about $33 a month so i decided to get out. I should have said this sooner but my water was silly high averaged $45 to $49 a month so bear this in mind when you are thinking of moving here. So the new rent and water would have run me about $697 a month. Ended up moving to Sheridan Pond and its great.
