The apartment is really cute, and for the price compared to everyone else in this area of town, they are the best! And the washer and dryer is included. Their maintainance is FAST! I called at 6:30pm when my A/C went out and they were there within an hour! The office serves free caupccios and free breakfast every weekend. They also have free movies to rent! The office girls are really nice too! I highly recommend this place! I've lived here almost 2 years and tell all the other students at Rhema about it!

Hey, why not when Rhema students are among the most ignorant and gullible people on earth, but believe me when I tell you that the freebies are for the staff more than they are for the residents. I mean, what do you think your unmetered water bill pays for, WATER?
