I would say first and foremost that the staff is top notch! Friendly, professional, understanding etc! I really love my apartment and they keep them looking nice. They have great activities for kids and family. Of course I have complaints, my apartment has roaches and spiders, they have sprayed,bombed and put traps down to no avail. With the price of the rent I would expect better, I could understand it better if I were living in subsidized apartments with lower rent. The parking lot is very crowded at night and some tenants park outside spaces causing problems for people when they try to back out. Other than that, I am happy with the place, I am trying to decide now if I am going to renew my lease.

OK....and your point would be WHAT??? If I were an "office rat" wouldn't I just say nice things about the apartments?? I noted the positive and the negative.

Well aef0810 arenā??t we getting a little defensiveā?¦I totally agree with the other person and I think you noted the bad stuff just to cover your back. I really donā??t think there is anyone either a tenant or someone who just came to see this place that likes the staff. So please keep your lies to yourself.

This is in response to the first response, I am a leasing agent for another complex,and I just wanted to say I do dream of quiting time every day because people dont seem to understand I am not maint. I am like a waitress,I take the order,pass it to the cook,then get yelled at because its not cooked right, I have no control,over what maint. does once I hand in the work order.The girls that take the work orders fight with maint every day to get your stuff fixed, and though we understand why you are upset that it takes forever,we get tired of fighting at both ends and just want to go home at the end of the day.It is not that we dont care,it is that we have a very limited control on what maint does and doesnt fix. I have been known to change my share of filters,screens and lights but that is all I know how to do,so please keep in mind that you are not the only one yelling at those girls all day,and they get as frustrated as you and evry one else who is having maint issues.
