There are many recent "good" entries about these apartments ONLY because there are incentives being offered to tenants right now to get free things. We moved in about a month ago and are not pleased at all. The model is not at all what the real apartments are like. There are many spiders and bugs...they say they spray every Wednesday and we have asked them to do it 2 times now, but have never seen anyone spraying. We are actually spraying ourselves...though we shouldn't have to be doing it. A lot of stuff was broken when we moved in: screens ripped, electrical sockets and cable sockets do not hold cords. The maintenence people are very friendly but do take awhile to get to your complaint. We daily see people walking around picking up garbage, so the grounds are pretty clean. The breezeways are VERY loud...and nothing is done about complaints of kids running and screaming in them; nor about loud noises at 1am, 2am, 3am, etc. The walls are very thin...I can hear a lot of stuff going on in the apartment next to me. We moved here from another state so I'm not sure how other apartments are in the Tulsa area, but I hope better than this one for the price we are paying. My advice...do your research, and instead of touring models, ask to see an actual apartment...and if you do decide on the place, be sure to tour the apartment first before signing a lease to make sure it is the one you really want. Good luck!!!

If you read my original post, you would see that I have notified the office of our problems. Thank you though.

This website is like a RAW BBB. Like where slander is legal, and everyone gets off on it! Obviously there is more good than bad since we had to wait 2 months on a waitlist to get in and me and my neighbors are great with it, and they stay full all the time.

I was wondering why so many good posts were going up recently about the Greens of Bedford. I offer hope...NOT ALL APARTMENTS in Tulsa and the surrounding areas are like that. We moved to Broken Arrow after living at the greens and we now wish that we would have moved sooner. Its much quieter, cleaner, the staff is more than helpful, and most of all we feel much safer. Hope you didn't sign a long lease with them. Best of luck!

I don't believe a positive word about it, but I had a feeling the office staff was working overtime. It's just too bad they can't devote as much energy to the property as they do to their company computers and two hour lunches.
