I like the apartment; however, the management is horrible.

the management here is rude, condescending and complaints are not taken care of in a timely manner. Neighbors and I have spoken, and we have the same complaints about being treated in the same manner by management. Each time an important complaint is made, they take way too long to resolve the problem (if they take care of it at all). They become defensive and mean when an individual inquires more than once about the problem. My neighbors and myself are quiet and considerate individuals who always pay our rent on time and do not make unnecessary complaints. If I were management, I would treat these types of individuals with respect to keep tham at my complex. In addition, I have yet to see a full, decent gym like they promised when I moved in. Most of the machines have been broken for many months. That is one of the incentives of moving into an apartment complex that I was looking for so that I could save the money of joining a gym, and they don't keep up on fixing things as they break. They are also offering free things for people to write positive reviews on this website. Not one of these free things is worth writing a positive review. The only positive things about this place are the layout of the apartment, I am lucky to have friendly neighbors, and it is a great location.

The office is not there for a popularity contest. They are there to manage the apartments. I love the Greens of Bedford. The office staff is nothing but helpful and friendly. We all have bad days at times. Maybe when you go into the office you should try to treat them with a little bit of respect. I can't imagine having to deal with someone like you on a daily basis. I say get a new hobby instead of trying to lower the rating on an awesome complex.

I just have to say something. First of all, the person who responded to this review has to be part of the managment or a friend. I lived here for two years and NEVER had a pleasant experience with management. But since the management changed weekly back then, I doubt it is the same staff. But I also doubt anything has changed since they are still owned by Case and asses. If you don't think something shady is going on with all these new "positive" reviews, check this out. When I moved from there last summer (2007), I left a bad review (it was justified, trust me). When I did that, the acceptance percentage was around the 20-25% area. When you leave a review, they email you everytime someone else leaves a review also. In the year since I have (thank God, I found a real apartment complex in Stone Haven Villas) been gone, I had received two emails notifying me of people leaving reviews. That is, until a few weeks ago. I have received no less than fifteen emails in the last few weeks, including 8 in one day! Each and every one of them being a positive review? I knew something was weird, and now the word is out they are bribing their tenants for good reviews to get their percentage up. As pathetic as it sounds, it doesn't surprise me one bit with these guys.

I agree with bear....I too left a negative review stating the positive reviews were in fact because they were offering free carpet shampoos. I too got a reply like the anonymous one above saying how wonderful this place was. I'm not being fooled...I'm 99% positive that would be office staff or friends...which really is pathetic. This website is to voice your own opinions, not people to criticize you for it. How would any other person know how your life is living in your apartment? I strongly advise people to stay away from Greens of Bedford, you can find something better somewhere else.

I agree, they have computers and all day to play around on them, but that's just it: the sort of unworldy slatterns these (usually out of state) landowners hire to collect rent and water charges don't recognize any difference between good or bad tenants. Remember folks, if you're a good tenant ... contact the corporate office.

as a matter of fact. they sent out a survey to go here and rate them. obviously only hatters like ya'll have to get on here and chatter about how pissed off you all are, and they realized that the majority of people there are happy, so they asked all the residents to go here and rate them, knowing that their ratings would go up since the majority is happy. when you are satisfied, do you yell it from the mountain tops? NO...but hatters like you have to yell it from the mountain tops that you are pissed off! even upto a year after you moved out! pathetic. I like it there. sorry you are displeased. get over it.
