These use to be nice apartments, but for some reason in the last few months they have started renting to thugs and gang members. The neighborhood is going downhill fast, and it's the managements fault.

But there's nothing like coming home from work and being met at your front door by the police who have several people in handcuffs while they search the apartment across from yours... Then later that week be threatened by those who were in handcuffs for calling the police when you didn't know they were dealing drugs out of their apartment.
