I have lived here for almost 4 years. It really was a decent place up until about a year and a half ago. Since then, "those" people have started to move in. Those people who let their kids be lazy and stand around outside all day in little packs. Ive seen them glaring at me, and I glare right back at them. Especially during the summer or winter when school is out WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS. THEY WILL GET STOLEN BY "THOSE PEOPLE" who are too lazy to work. So far since "those people" have moved in, one of my buddies car was stolen, my truck got broken into (window smashed and cd player taken), my other buddies truck had the front wheel taken off of it, my truck recently was broken into and about $2000 worth of tools were taken among other things. I now have a concealed carry permit and anytime I walk my dog or check my mail I am strapped to the teeth. I would suggest anyone that wants to move into these apartments get their concealed carry permits and don't leave any of your belongings unattended to. Good Luck! Other than that honestly the aparments weren't that bad, decent parking situation. There is always someone walking around picking up trash, they can usually get to your work orders fairly quickly, the maintenance isn't always done perfectly but they try with the staff that they have. Definately not the worst, better than living in North Tulsa, although "those people" are starting to migrate. These apartments are fairly cheaply priced and that is what is bringing them in. So be prepared for those parking lot thumping, baggy jean wearing, dont-give-a-crap about other people type of people before you move in.
On an up note - the management staff was always friendly and ready to help me with any questions I had.

Oh no doubt, I definately agree with your statement fully, they are too lazy to buy their own stuff so why not just "steal rent" too. Unfortunately, it is not only those that have come across the border that are doing my country harm, it is mainly those that are here and are just too lazy to actually work to get something, but enough on that. Yes I do feel sorry for the staff, I told them I was moving out and all the problems that I had been having with other residents and they were just astounded. I know it used to be a good complex but I hope the staff has enough sense as I do to get the heck out of dodge while they still can. Gangsters and hoodlums are starting to overrun the place and their parents aren't doing a thing to stop them. Sad...very sad...

I Know and I think I know the time you are talking about. Bunch of black kids standing in the picknicking area yelling and screaming. In fact I was probably your neighbor.

well im glad i read this.. Im a petite 23 year old single mom of a 2 year old boy, and bc of that it seems i am preyed on for robbery. We have been the victims of 4 home invasions (once while we were home) and 2 car break ins, I cant afford to keep replacing car windows, our tvs, jewlrey, broken furniture, nintendos, ect.. Seems this would not be a safe place for us to live. Sad, I toured it today and really loved the apartment.
