I lived here twice. From: just_greta Date posted: 5/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2007   I loved living here. I do agree that Laura, the manager is hardly to be found, which is an issue if you should ever have problems. But Bruce is the best maintenance guy ever, and he was easy to track down. So, the few times I needed something fixed, I just tracked him down on the grounds and asked him personally. He always came quickly and fixed the problem ASAP. I lived here once in 1997-1999 and again for 8 months in 2006. I find the insides of the apartments beautifully redone...my first one had all hardwoods, and the apartment I had in 2006 had hardwoods in the dining, linoleum tiles in the kitchen, ceramic tiles in the bath, and carpet in both bedrooms and the living room. I found the utilities efficient. Both times I lived there I never had a problem with safety or loud music. I will agree however, there is a lack of good lighting in some of the parking areas. I would live here again if I ever move to Tulsa again.
