Hunters Creek Apartments

Beware of Hunters Creek From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I found Hunters Creek lacking in it's upkeep. They are very slow to respond to complaints, if they respond at all. The staff is espcially inprofessional with little knowledge of legal matters when leasing an apartment. The office staff often complains when a problem is reported and often acts as though it is the tenants fault and not theirs. Before moving in, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned and cat urine was found on the carpet, which they repeatedly denied that it was cat urine until the carpet guy told them it was. The maintenance guy lacks knowledge in just about everything he repairs and often has to come back two or three times before he gets it right. He also makes up things on his report saying he checked things when he didn't.
