I wish I would have read this before I signed a lease

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
First, pros: For the price, the duplexes are large. My neighbors are very quiet, except for the kids shouting outside.
Cons: Roaches, roaches, roaches! I have never seen a roach in my life before I moved here and they are thick. I have tried sprays, baits, roach motels, and even boric acid. They are in the walls! Maintenance is horrible. I moved in 2006 and in one of my bathrooms there is no faucet in the bathtub, just a pipe sticking out of the tile! Still to this date - nothing done about it. Dishwasher is broken, leaks throughout the house, plumbing in master bathroom has never worked. I could maybe deal with everything except roaches. It is disgusting. Two more months and I am out.
