Cockroaches and the worst customer service possible. When I came to look at the apartments the lady that helped us was anything but. She was mean and came across as very angry and hated her job. I got in an argument with her in the first 30 minutes and my husband calmed me down so we can continue. BIG MISTAKE #1 then when she showed us a "MODEL" apartment it was empty DIRTY and had dead roaches in the cabinets and stove top. She assured my husband that she was not aware of this and was very sorry so we accepted and kept thruogh the process BIG MISTAKE #2 on the day of move in She gave us That very same apartment in the very same condition I had to clean two tubs, Food out of the fridge, and sweep up dead roaches and grease from previous tenant She had nothing to say about that and no apology. from there it has been completly down hill I hate these apartments and I wish I read the comments on here Oh and they did not open the pool at all this year instead they left the water from the previous summer and it became infested with frogs and misquitos and smelled awful NOW they are repairing a "LEAK" and all you get is jack hammering at 630 in the mourning This place REALLY SUCKS Please dont ever live in these ROACH MOTELS

Things will be better. Property has been assigned under a NEW Management. Capital Assets.
