I had to have my duplex tented for roaches it was so bad when I moved in. Now six months later nothing that I asked to be fixed on the move in sheet has been fixed. My first gas bill here was 268.00 for one month now tell me somethings not drafty or wrong with the heater. So we have new management. And when the associate saw my list of things wrong she offered to let me move to another property my duplex is so bad. So I jumped at the chance for the manager to say no you cant transfer we will just fix it the same song and dance Ive heard for six month. So if you like high rent to live in a dump and the only thing in it that works is you come on over to Hunters Creek. Oh and the washer and dryer connections are in the garage that floods everytime it rains
