I have been a resident in Hunting Hollow for some time now. I have seen a quick decline in the quality of living in this complex, and in the past year or two the living conditions have become quite unpleasant. As a gated community, it is meant to be a somewhat restricted excess apartment complex. There are many flaws with this system, the gates are broken open at least 70% of the time, and when it isnāt open they can just use the gates key code that hasnāt changed in 3 years, and is warn into the less than year old key pad, and keep in mind that this is a security card access gate. Noise is another problem that is never resolved for more than 2 hours. Noise comes in all forms, but it is mostly music, it comes from many places. There have been parties in the parking lots at midnight to 4 a.m., people driving all of the time with the music in the vehicle as loud as they can; this is something that goes on many times throughout the day. The most annoying one is the neighbors, many of my neighbors and I, have called in noise complaints on a particular apartment for the past 7 month, and it has yet to be resolved, that shows me that the apartment employees and management donāt care. Maintenance is an issue as well; I have put in maintenance orders in with the office in the past multiple times and finally get the problem taken care of a month and a half later. Now they are doing the work, but just as a temporary fix, and only work for a couple of weeks. So these issues that have yet to be addressed by the complex owners or people that run it will soon turn this complex into one of the āslums of Tulsaā.
