Kinda sucks now. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   When Case and Assoc managed the apartments, you felt safe, cared for. When Capital Assets took over, the attitude is "we can't do anything about it, we don't care about you". That is not an exaggeration. I've had plenty of work orders that haven't been fulfilled until at least a week later.. And if you talk about the noise out in the parking lot, they'll ask you where it was but then not do anything about it. Same with rent.. they don't care about your complaints, they jack up the price all the time even when the apartments are going DOWN the drain not up. When ice storms hit, NOTHING is done to the parking lot. It is a complete nightmare.
