Not sure if I made the right choice From: Imstartingtohatethemanagement Date posted: 6/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Since I moved in my water heater broke (leaked all over carpets and they didn't even dry them afterwards), the heating element went out in my dryer. It was taking 2 hours to dry 5 towels, that was replaced; however they only repair M-F 8-6 unless it's "an emergency". I have had to take off work 3 times since I moved in at the end of January. Water was dripping from my ceiling because the water heater went out upstairs, now its moldy and drooping. The doors to my W/D came off, a maintenance man came and "rigged" it and while he was there I opened and closed it 4 times and it broke again, he said he would have to just get it replaced; still no contact with me about it. Today my garbage disposal won't work AND my dryer is not drying again. It's Saturday so OF COURSE nothing is going to be done despite the problems I have had since I moved in..... I called the office and was told by the rude office person (not the manager) "I don't know why your getting so upset"'''''' What the hell' Do they not have any customer service skills at all, at least pretend like you give a damn about your tenants! I am about to go online and request all these problems be fixed, in one day, so I can be here and make sure they are done correctly ohh, and no water obviously was not an emergency because I went from Friday to Monday without water when my water heater went out. Did I make the right choice' I love the location, but so far I have NOT been impressed with management at all! I would love to take over the complex and hire the right people for the positions then no one would move, the fact that they act like they could care less about me is what irritates me the most.
