Not an apartment of choice,too many negatives

I've lived here since December 2005, I feel the staff was not truthful with my roomate and I and gave us the run around. We were given wrong prices for our rent also.My bathroom was caked with mold when I moved in.The parking is awful and the parking lot is not lit very well and seems unsafe. The staff lied to the tenants claiming we were getting new balconies but now they have ripped them down and a sort of "gate" has replaced the balconies.There is an ant problem,I've never seen remodeling take so long,and God forbid they actually EVER replace the olive green tile from 1976. I do,however,like the location.
