Legacy at Riverview

...it's gone downhill after being renamed .... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006   ...I moved here when it was Place One Apartments, covered/assigned parking, all bills paid,management staff very good to deal with, on-site maintenance crew and on call. For the most part my residence has been fine (I did get newer appliances when I moved in). And at the time Club One was open, a very popular hangout for mature adults. Right about the time the complex was handed over to the Legacy people, several residents moved out, (i should have, but I liked my place and hate moving). I've been flooded out by my upstairs neighbor TWICE,, and they havn't replaced the carpet, fixed the ceiling,, then they tore down the carport...make us pay for water/sewer, etc etc... I'm outta here... and i'm going to retain the memory that Place One WAS the place to live and enjoyed being a resident THEN.
