I moved here about a year ago. My food disposer has never worked. After asking them to fix and change it several times, I just give up. Half of the outlets don't work either. Out of my four friends who live here, three have our cars broken into. Another one has the car seal taken off and the thief was not able to break in. There is a leak in my living room. They just came and paint the roof. It smelled so bad that I could not breathe inside for a week. Workers come into my apt almost every week for all kinds of reasons. Don't bother to wash your car. It is so dirty here that your car will be covered with dirt within 3 hours.
We just hate it. A lot of residents don't want to pay for this awful service and have left. So the management is busying suing people everyday. It is NOT about the construction. It will never get better with this management. The construction just makes it worse.
It amazes me that Alcia and other office staff still have the job. The only reason would be the irresponsible attitude of their corporate CBRE. I swear I will never want to have anything to do with this company. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

Have you called the office to report your problems? They always fix my stuff. CAll and ask for Alicia and I know it will get fixed. I have lived here 6 years and never have any problems.
