Roaches everywhere. Apt.'s burgularized, Car's stolen & hit in the parking lot. Gun shots fired outside. Maintenance never fixes anything.

I agree with everything said except that maintenance has fixed all the many problems with my apartment. They are usually able to come out the same day if I report the problem in the morning.
