The apartments are nice as far as interior is concerned.

Parking is horrible people park in 2 lanes and their company takes your parking spot.

You may live in one building but have to park and walk damn near a blk to get near your apartment.

The parking lot lightning is very dimly lit and poor.

Management constantly changes I lived here for 18mos.

and we had 5new property managers during that short time frame.

Maintenance was pretty good about getting things done in a timely manner.

The apartments offer door to door trash pickup on Tuesday mornings however there are alot of nasty --- people living out there that will place their trash outside the door Tuesday evening and will pass that garbage daily and add more until the groundkeepers clean it up or haul it off on the following Tuesday morning which can cause pests, so make sure you keep bug spray handy! The apartments are old and need to be remolded, I lived in a small 1bdrm 1bth (600 sq.

ft.) and my electric bill was always sky high, I lived alone and was always paying $115 for electricity during spring and summer months and $80 during fall/winter.

Management is forever cutting the water off for infinite amounts of time always saying a water leak or water bust, so be prepared for work by keeping a bucket of water handy daily just in case you awake to discover your water is off and don't have time to run to someone's house and shower or brush your teeth etc.

There wasn't really a problem with noise level except during the summer months since I lived near the pool it could get a little rowdy but for the most part people kept to themselves.

The apartments aren't located inthe best area of town, from the left of the apartments is a condominium community (Woodside Lane)@ 66th & Peoria Ave.

from that area past the car wash all the way back to 51st & Peoria Ave.

on both sides of the road are nothing but projects, (section 8)rental homes, duplexes and gang territory.

The area looks very nasty and utterly hood there is always people walking up and down the street (Caucausian, Hispanic and African American) so make sure you have a 9mm, mace, a blade etc.

if you come home late at night and live by yourself, because it's not really safe.

I wouldn't say these apartments are the worst but they sure aren't the BEST.
