When we moved here in 2003 everything was great. Service was exceptional; rules were enforced; and the complex was VERY quiet. For about 2 years now we have had several different managers and the current one is a real piece of work. She does nothing she says she will do; she lies to your face; she refuses to enforce the rules; it takes maintenance forever to respond and the apt. company has fired the only mainteneance people who knew what they were doing (to save money).

The remodeling that was done was not supervised by anyone; the contractors did hit & miss work; the quality of the work is poor; & without decent maintenance men to keep it up, it won't last long.

The office no longer enforces the rules. People let their dogs poop wherever they want (the office tells them: if they don't want to scoop it then take the dog out back); People are grilling on their patios (even during a burn ban) the office tells them that they don't have to be 10 feet from the building if they have a concrete slab for a floor; People are letting their dogs run without a leash (the office tells them it's okay because the property is fenced); and nightime is no longer quiet and peaceful. If you actually complain to the office about the noise, etc. they not only tell the people who complained on them (which is dangerous for the resident doing the complaining) but do nothing about the complaint.

My recommendation: Don't move here. It's rapidly going down hill and is no longer a quality place to live. Until the management company gets office people that will enforce the rules and tell you the truth (instead of what they think you want to hear) and experienced maintenance men (that speak, read. & write English) DON'T BOTHER MOVING HERE!!

I completely agree with the part that it's rapidly going downhill. Move here only if you can't find anything else. It's also true that the staff won't do much about the noise.
