my husband and i have been living in this apartment for 6 months. I was happy about the size of the unit for a very reasonable prize. parking was never a problem since we always got a spot right across our unit. after a few months, we realized that we are living at the worst part of tulsa where crime rate is really bad. yes, you can consider this the ghetto!! you cannot walk out of the apartment complex alone without being harassed. the gates are also very unreliable since they leave it open most of the time. the appliances are also antiquated which makes them from insufficient to almost useless. they also have a false ad!!! i don't know why they mention that they have a fitness center when they don't. all they have a small pool. if you decide to stay here, please get un upstairs unit. the floors are really thin that you could hear every footsteps of the neighbor upstairs. the place is basically falling apart!! also, i don't know if this how they do it here, but our upstairs neighbor is doing some work for the apartment so they allowed them to use the rest of the vacant units to rent for free in exchange for labor. this is very unprofessional since they're basically jeopardizing the safety and security of the rest of the tenants who actually pay for rent. bottomline is i totally do not recommend this ghetto place for long term lease. we'll be moving as soon our lease expires.
