The apartments themselves are nice and maitenance has always been quick to fix things when you call.

However, having the water turned on when you need it is a toss up.

The water has been turned off for the last two days so I called the apartment office.

They stated it was the city and they had no control over it and they were unaware of when they do this.

So, I called the city and they stated they have no record or work order for anyone working on the water around here....AKA they were unaware of the problem.

They asked me to contact the apartment office and tell them to call them and verify the water is turned off.

So I did just that.

She said the water company knows because they were told it would be turned off for 2 hours.

Now wait a minute.....I was just told that they had no idea when this would happen.

Is it that hard to let residents know when this is going to happen' It is a HUGE inconvienence to not have water.....no showere, brushing teeth, hand washing, cleaning, and food preparation is limited.

This is far from a rare occurrence either.

This happened a couple weeks ago and it is always off until about 3 or 4 in the afternoon.

On an average, this happens about 4 times a month.

This month may be a new record.

Also, security is questionable.

The security gates are not usually closed and when they are, they are malfunctioning.

The entrance side where you need to punch in a code to enter is frequently wide open and the other side does not always open for people trying to leave to go to work early in the morning.

The area is nice but there are lots of other complexes around here.

Look elsewere.
